James Yoder, CAI, is a professional in auctions and traditional real estate. He lives in Harrison County with his wife Sharon and their two daughters, Eliyanah and Caroline.

He’s earned the CAI designation, a special badge of honor that only 4% of auctioneers worldwide have. This designation comes from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and involves three years of in-depth learning with the National Auction Association. This makes James one of the best in his field, skilled in both exciting auction events and the detailed work of traditional real estate sales.

James focuses on helping people and companies who are facing transitions in life, offering a full range of services for selling properties and personal items.
